The Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League strongly encourages team players to be housed with host families as it fosters a feeling of belonging to their new community.  The Oneonta Outlaws Family is built on this principle.

Host Families open their homes to our players who come from all over the country for the summer season in hopes of chasing their dreams of becoming Major League Baseball players. We are  thankful to all these wonderful families that give our players the same care and attention they give their own children. The relationships that are forged between our players and their hosts are memorable and last a lifetime.

Host Families must live within 20 minutes driving time of Damaschke Field and should expect that their player will arrive on May 30th or 31st and stay with them until the season is completed.   If the season continues through to the championship game, the latest game date could be Aug 4th.  

We have several host families that adopt two players for the summer for double the memories and fun!

Don't live within 20 minutes driving time of Damaschke Field?  Please consider adopting the Outlaws for a Home Game Night.  You prepare their dinner and then share with them after the game is over.   This is a great way to ensure that our players receive home-cooked meals just as if they were at home!  Game Night Dinner Sponsors prepare the meal of their choice for 50 people.  Players end their night enjoying their meal with you!  While the Outlaws are on the road they typically receive pizza or subs.  Rest assured you're going to finish off their night in style and the thank yous will be plenty while they head through the line.

During the Season Host Families will receive:
 

• Family Season Pass for all home games, including the play-offs
• $100 voucher that can be used at the Concession Stand or the Souvenir Stand
• $300 stipend (an organization check received when the player arrives at your home)
• A whole lot of thank you's and appreciation moments throughout the season
